While not as well funded as several other top museums, it is the place to go for the serious study of Colorado narrow gauge railroads. A fabulous collection of equipment, photographs and documents.

A great collection of original records backed by a knowledgable staff willing to help researchers find the information they are looking for. The museum also has a collection of locomotives and rolling stock of both standard and narrow gauge equipment. Steam-ups are scheduled throughout the year.
