I thought the museum was a masterpiece. What really grabbed my attention the most was seing the N&W No.611. It brought tears to my eyes because I can remember my days in Ohio when I would get to see the 611 go by my house. I only got to see it 2 times in my entire life as a boy. But to see it in the museum saddens me because it was a great locomotive like that of the 1218 which is now going to be put on display. I only saw it once which was in 1991 during the NRHS Nation Convention. To see these two great locomotives really make the museum a masterpiece. I wish those two locomotives were not retired from service.

we have been to the museum several timesand found each visit thoroughly enjoyable. there are things for all ages and find added displays each time we visit. the place is well recommended.
