My family thought this small museum would just be something to do while we waited to go rafting on the New River. But this place was great! They had railroad memorabilia: signals, tracks, pullman's uniforms, and more. The best part was the wood carving of John Henry and laying of the railroad tracks. This was hand carved from various woods. This piece was about 25 feet (or more) long with each railroad job represented. I really enjoyed this museum.
