Tremendous location for railfans beside the Great Smoky Mountain RR terminus in Bryson City. Smoky Mtn Trains museum displays the best O scale layout and rolling stock this side of Lionel.

THIS LAYOUT, MUSEUM, AND RETAIL STORE ALL FEATURE LIONEL TRAINS. WHAT A DELIGHT TO SEE ALL THESE TRAINS IN ONE PLACE!! AND THE HOMEY ATMOSPHERE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPURB!! THEY EVEN HAVE A DOG TO GREET YOU AT THE DOOR!! MAKE THIS A DEFINITE STOP IF YOU ARE ANYWHERE NEAR THE GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS!!!
