The musuem indoors contains pictures and other objects of the Tennessee Central. But the main attraction in my eye are the cars. TCRR has purchesed mant passengercars which they use for trips to Cookville and Watertown. They have many E units and now 2 F-40's (stilll in Amtrak Scheme). They are still restoring tons of cars too and this musuem recieves all the money by donations. You can tour most of the cars but others you can't do to the TCRR restoring them. They even have The palm Beach and the car Jackie Glesons private car when he broke the record for the longest party back in the good ole days. If the museum is funded more then it will be huge. The only problem now is its location is poor but where better then the former TCRR yard in nashville.

Made a quick stop during a cross state business trip. Did not get to tour railyard, but drove around physical plant. They have very impressive rolling stock and loco's, including a Metra E unit. Several trucking businesses around site makes things difficult. Depot is well restored but sparse on inside exhibits. The TennCen has geographically challenging route accross TN. The train trips must be interesting.
